By accessing or using FarmPoster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FarmPoster is a content distribution platform that allows users to upload videos and automatically post them to multiple social media platforms, including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • Ensuring your social media accounts comply with their respective terms

4. Social Media Integration

4.1 Authorization

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorize FarmPoster to:

  • Access your account information
  • Post content on your behalf
  • Store access tokens securely

4.2 Platform Compliance

You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform:

  • YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines

4.3 Disconnection

You may disconnect any social media account at any time through your dashboard. Upon disconnection, we will delete all associated access tokens.

5. Content Policy

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content, you grant FarmPoster a limited license to:

  • Store your videos on our servers
  • Process and distribute your content to connected platforms
  • Display your content in your dashboard

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Is hateful, abusive, or harassing
  • Contains explicit or adult content
  • Violates platform-specific community guidelines

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

6. Service Usage

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service

6.2 Service Limits

We may impose limits on:

  • Video file size (maximum 500MB)
  • Number of uploads per day
  • Storage capacity
  • API request rates

7. Fees and Payment

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice to users.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by FarmPoster and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Successful posting to all platforms
  • Data backup or recovery
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FARMPOSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or revenue
  • Service interruptions or delays
  • Actions taken by third-party platforms
  • User content or actions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FarmPoster harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For illegal activity
  • At our discretion with or without notice

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
